not sure thisll help as my specs are more or less top of the line AMD, 7900XTX, ryzen 9 7950X3D, 96gb ram running 5200mhz, all on a 1080p monitor to boot, everything runs pretty good at max everything, FSR running at native and frame generation enabled, there are unfortunately a few micro stutters and some bigger stutters occasionally

ryzen 7 3800x, rx 7900xt, 32gb 3200mhz ram, 1440p. performance is horrible. i'm getting about 60fps average no matter the settings i choose. lowest i dropped to was 30fps ish. i don't think i ever saw above 100fps while playing (about 1 hour 30)

5900X, 4090, 64GB, maxed out no DLSS, just FG. Looks aight, no dynamic shadows from the flashlight which is kind of suck.

I have 5800X3D and 7900XT, only played the very beginning part but was getting ~90fps with FSR quality mode @ 1440p. Games defaulted all graphics settings to EPIC. This is without frame gen BTW
