The game getting too much new attention is both a blessing and a curse, please educate yourself and at least play the previous 3 entries.
These games never cared about extra polish and performance etc.
Call of Pripyat was literally used to stress test new computers back in the day

The reviews on steam will only get better, because ogs know what they paid for. So stop trying to change our minds and just go play Dragon Age or something that suits your gender.

Thousands of pounds of copium right here, just except that gsc shouldn't have released stalker 2 like this, they had time to make sure this game launched atleast optimized but they didn't, also the "devs being in an warzone" doesn't work because they moved to work on the game in Prague before anyone says that.

calling bugs anomalies is funny when the bug is a ragdoll being launched in the air or AI's feet glitching above their head
when the bugs are actually causing you to crash, have a memory leak or just run extremely poorly theres nothing funny about it and you shouldnt accept these bugs as features just because the old stalker games were janky, i know you love to post this on reddit to farm karma but get a grip and know what you deserve for a 60€ game

The first 3 games were built with the x-ray engine. It wasn't actually made for this type of gaming. it's an atmospheric kind of engine and the AI were created later. They are glitchy but, definitely not unplayable. Now it runs on UE5 of which, this is not the only new release of a game that's has issues with UE5.

Patience is a Virtue and now that it's been release, they can better hear about the issues the game is having with all sorts of systems and they WILL, sort it out. I have it W/Listed and can wait until more issues have been presented and then fixed. You complain about the price and yet, you still purchased it. This is Steam and you knew what you were gambling on before you bought it.

Edit: The only bug in this game for me is the, "Poltergeist." I hate that sucker.
