Controller isnt working for me

Using 8bitdo ultimate, game will change to xbox layout but ignores inputs. Anyone else ? :D

I have the same problem but I'm using a dualsense edge. Layout will change to controller but it won't accept inputs...

I tried messing with steam input but still no luck yet.

I'm having the same sort of issues with my controller, works with no issue on other games, but this one, same sort of thing, defaults to Xbox layout and then stops reading inputs. Oh, also to the PCMR nerd, don't know if you're just trolling or being just a narrow-minded twatwaffle, but, yeah, no one cares, use your stubby little legs to get off of your high horse.

Literally was only made to use Xbox controllers. People complain when everything else doesn't work...

yeh its strange, when i hit the right bumper while at the settings controles area it shows my controller on sreen but zero buttons or sticks do anything,, when i get into the game it even shows prompt like ;use L to walk around: and :use right stick to look around:,, it shows to press x to accept but nothing works. just weird it shows all the button configs and looks perfectly accurate but to no avail for now its now working,, look below

same, no Dualsense controls with or without steam input active. not amused.

i hit properties then cotroller then config then once on the layout screen where you can disable steam input i clicked on view layouts and i had to enable the keyboard and mouse template, i guess i was backwards

Using wireless Xbox controller. Bluetooth / xinput
