My Xsolla key is already activated
I bought a game in 2022. Didn't get the serial key, after chat-bot Xsolla they send it to me. But when I try to activate it in steam it says- it's already activated.
What?
I don't have a game even I paid for it, any help?

Any help? Uh, yeah, go contact customer support. Either on GSC's end or more likely on Xsolla's end, whatever that is.

I've heard Xsolla lagging out with keys.
It happened with Ready or Not special edition keys too before and after release and the wave of keys was varied with reports that some of these keys were already activated.
The only thing to do is to contact support or simply refund it.

I have the same problem.

I pre-ordered in Jan 2023 through the developer's website. It was the only route available at the time, and I really wanted to support the developer.

Update: I raised a support case at https://support.stalker2.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Explained the situation and attached the original purchase confirmation email from Xsolla and, for good measure, a screenshot of my bank statement showing the purchase. They replied and asked which email I had used for the purchase and to show them the key Xsolla provided, which I did. Not long after they replied with a new key, which worked as expected.

Thanks for your reaction Mo, I just wrote an email to the Stalker support itself explaining the situation, hopefully I can play the game soon too.

Thanks dude, you really helped me here. I wrote to Xsolla first on site and tried to refund, both requests were just getting drawn in standard replies and promises "they will get back to me/thanks for my patience", while my patience was really... hmm it wasn't quite there to be honest.
Writing a request to the link in your message get me new key in 2.5 days of waiting. Thanks a lot for sharing your situation, you really helped!
