This game is politicized around a pro-Ukrainian context. Being pro-Ukraine or funding their war is a 'woke' issue.
Trump was elected on the position of being against the Ukraine war. This reflects that the popular position is likely more pro-peace, anti-war, anti-international interventionism.
Keep in mind, the reason anyone in the USA cares about Ukraine is because Ukraine is a 'woke' globalist stronghold sitting at the doorstep of conservative, nationalist Russia.
If this game got 50% on Steam because they took an unpopular political position, wouldn't it be fair to say they deserve it?
So with Stalker I'll just gamepass it until it's on sale on Steam - if I really like it.
