Does this game contain EOS (Epic online service)?

Heard that it's a UE5 game, so just making sure about it.

Most resent UE5 games that come with crossplay or online co-op (even if it wont use Epic Launcher) will use the background stuff for the server, several games that had it you could turn off co-op/crossplay so its not an issue

This is singleplayer game but it still worries me that Epic game will bundle EOS as a necessary component with or without multiplayer content.

This is a SP game with MP coming shortly after launch as stated by Devs in the FAQ and hinted at in the bonus rewards for certain editions of the game with unique MP skins. I'll be surprised if it doesn't include EOS unfortunately :(.

Unlikely, there is no "Requires 3rd-Party Account: Epic Online Services (Supports Linking to Steam Account)" notice on Steam page of this game. For example "Dead Island 2" have such notice and I believe it is a requirement to have 3rd-party account requirements listed there if game requires one.

Sad. I hope the Dev can separate MP part to a standalone game. Thanks for the info.

I think there are different thing,
Run EOS may not require epic account (it will just install EOS app in your PC). But if a game requires epic account, it must based on EOS.
