Thanks for sharing that video, dude.
Although the video is displayed in 21:9, the video is from 2020, so it might not mean anything or things could have changed :/
I know devs check the forums every once in a while, so if one of you guys could confirm this, that'd be great.
Same here, dude. I'm looking online to see if I can find any kind of confirmation on this, but nothing yet.
Yes, I mean I'm pretty sure I saw a GSC dev confirming that ratio, probably on Discord, but I can't find exactly where :)
Was that from another source than Steam forum?
Stalker 2 Official Discord indeed, channel #gsc-answer, you can see with a "21:9" search :)
Edit: From my limited google searches it turns out it isn't. Devs are required to implement it themselves. Go figure.
Thanks man! Checking it out right now.
Ooof, to be honest, I'm not sure. I played the new Robocop game and it has 32:9 support, but the image is squashed vertically to create an UW image, so even with the FOV maxed out, it looks "zoomed in" and your guns are barely visible.
I hope that's not the case but it probably will be.
About 2 years ago it was pretty bad and would cause graphical glitches. However it's been patched since the 5.2 patch released with its "Temporal Super Resolution"
But the UI might be funky depending if they locked it to a specific scale or not (causing most cropping issues)
I'd say it would support ultra wide resolutions just fine, specially with what others have found here \m/
Which model? I am on the market too for 21:9 OLED
