Will S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 have cross play?

I have Xbox and Steam. I want to know if I can play with my friends on Xbox if I have the game on steam. This is crucial to which version I buy.

Its signle player game, just little part of pvp can be played on multiplayer. Its better on PC for the futur of the game i think.

PC is probably the better choice.
