PLEASE HAVE MOD SUPPORT AND STEAM WORKSHOP AT RELEASE
Hello Stalkers,

As we all know, Modding has been integral to the survival of STALKER as a franchise.
I believe that without the modding community, the STALKER franchise would not have survived long enough for STALKER 2 to come to fruition.

For this reason, I humbly ask the Devs to commit to the community that their will be mod support and (ideally) by extentsion, STEAM workshop support.

Thank you all for making this game a reality.

doesn't it use the unreal engine? it's not mod friendly at all.

ah, i dunno. i heard unreal isn't user friendly as far as mods go. maybe the ark devs modified it to make it easier to mod but idk.

Unreal can be integrated with workshop.
The thing is that games are hard to make and unintuitive, but solutions can be found by a team with resources. If no mod support was available they could design a backdoor, utility, SDK or some kind of integration to support it.

Yup, agree completely.

Totally agree and i hope that GSC will provide documentation and tools for modders considering how much modders have done keeping the previous trilogy going.
Not helping them out would be a real shame.

Yeah, still playing games to this day because of all the mods.

I would not use the Word "run" when you speak about ARK ...

(such a Trash Game and even maxed out it looks like Garbage and cant keep 60 FPS)

Sorry but ARK triggers me hard, i can tell you. No Offense against you ofc ;-)

Modding should be finally a Standart for all Games, there is actually no Question about that from the View of the Player. But yeah it gets blocked by endless greedy Companys who prefer to sell one low Effort Trash Game after another to us. Many of them are paranoid control Freaks who think they may lose one of their many Millions if we were able tro fix one of the older Games. It could be that we would play that instaed of a new one for 60 Bucks, oh excuse me 120 Bucks with Season Pass ofc.
