Hey!

If you are concerned about the amount of digital content in the edition that you have chosen — no worries again. You'll be able to enhance your digital edition of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl to a more expensive one, but it will cost a bit more. We cannot announce the exact date yet, but this option will become possible after some time of the game release.

Story expansions from Season Pass will become available as they are released, but we are not planning to sell Season Pass and Ultimate Edition separately. Although, you will definitely get the opportunity to buy content from it apart. But there will be no option to get the pre-order bonuses another way.

Why are you thinking about paying more for a game that isn't even out yet?

Respectfully, that's none of your business.

Fair enough. I just want to understand the thought process behind this.

No you don't. You want to trigger people with your negative attitude.

Oh here we go with the "everyone should have the same habits and act the same" bs again...if people want to spend their money, they can. Don't be some kind of a-hole and come into a forum and try judge people for what they want to buy. You absolutely don't have the right and you're even more of a tool if you claim you do.

A person either would have to be full on jealous or angry to do this. Don't try to use the excuse of "I don't care" if you didn't care about either missing out on this game or trying to piss people off on purpose you just plain flat wouldn't be in this forum.

Amazing how a single question can make people write things like this, especially over a question that wasn't even directed at them. Can't you see the hypocrisy in your post? You claim to dislike the mindset of 'everyone should have the same habits and act the same,' yet you are expressing exactly that. The moment you post something online, you have to be ready to receive a reaction or feedback. I do have the right to ask whatever I want, as long as it's not offensive, and the original poster has the right not to answer, as he did. You don't get to dictate what rights I have or not.

With all due respect, yes you are right in that you can say whatever you want but then as you said, you're just as open to critique and backlash as anyone else. I can understand the frustration from Chesty, since to be fair Wei nearly every post you make in the forum is skewed negative towards the game and GSC.

Not saying it's a wrong opinion to have, but for those who are still excited for the game, it's frustrating and annoying to constantly see it over and over again. It's the same topic, in a different thread, beaten to death like a dead horse.

You're completely right. I never said otherwise. However, being open to criticism and backlash doesn't mean that I can't respond to it.

I'm treating the game with skepticism, which I see as only natural when considering the situation around it. I don't see the problem of having a few negative opinions towards the game; it serves as a counterbalance and provides room for discussion instead of turning this forum into an echo chamber. I believe your impression of nearly every post I make in the forum being negative has something to do with the fact that I'm in the minority. People are extremely excited for STALKER 2, as can be expected, so when they see someone not being as positive as them, it gives them the impression that the person is ill-intentioned.

The problem is, your negative comment didn't go against the game this time, but against a person who is hyped for the game.

It was a question with a judgemental tone against the Ultimate Edition even being a thing, actually.

Check OPs question and then look at your answer.

How does your answer help the OP?

GSC are the only ones who can help him with that.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.
