Ice Tomb not working?

After patch, my ice tomb is not creating new heros after i drop them into the area?

ive always dropped the heroes directly onto the tomb.... works for me....

same with arena training....

just dropping my units into an arean wont make them train.... I have to manually place them on each dummy for them to train...

^ This. Unlike several of the rooms & buildings, these appear to work best when manually targeting the building structure. I'll go ahead and suggest that Torture Chamber works best this way, or at least it did in earlier patches, IIRC.

Make sure the tomb isn't occupied by another corpse. From what I've seen it doesn't convert the corpse into a spirit and dispense the corpse, it holds it. So in order to get more spirits you have to build more tombs to hold the corpses. Unless this has changed before the patch, this is what I found out the hard way.

the spinning crown means its occupied. not spinning = empty

then it might just be a problem with not putting them directly into the tombs using the hand of evil, the snots don't seem to like going in there unless it's to build

You need to put the heroes in the tombs directly. Otherwise it is treated like you would put them in an empty space. D4 is based on directly placing units on the work items - this includes tombs, torture implements, arenas etc

The room is like a refrigerator - it will preserve any hero bodies dragged or placed there. Each machine you build can make one hero ghost. Manually place a hero on the machine. It's a 1:1 thing though, you can't have an unlimited supply of ghosts, you have to build more machines to add more.
