Liked to start "from zero" as i did not played Dungeons since more than 1 year.
Here the solution:
1. Go to "offline Mode" in Steam.
2. End Steam
3. Search your local drive for the Savegame Folder ( somewhere in Appdata).
4. Delete the local Savegames.
5. Restart Steam (should be still in offline Mode).
6. Start Dungeons 4
7. Start a fresh Campaign
8. Do a manuell save, when possible (as soon as you can move Thailia).
9. Close the game and go back to Steam.
10. Allow Steam to go online again.
11. Start Dungeons 4 again.
...
You will have a fresh new Campaign with only 1 Savegame you did a few minutes before.
Seems like the stupid cloud is overwriting all other cloud saves because the last one has the newest date^^
...
12. Thank me later^^
