Anyway to heal Gorgu better than his own ability or to prevent damage to him? seems the stay above 70% health requirment for the archiv is super hard even tanos + healing gorgu just downs him below 70% after 2nd encounter?

The encounters end faster if you do enough damage to Tanos. Your army needs a good damage composition and ideally you have Thalya at level 6 by the 2nd encounter so she can boost attack speed. The might and speed potions also help this a lot.

Rushing Horde this mission and immediately getting goblins for their physical resist chopping helps immensely in burning Tanos down during the duels. Throw all your magic on Tanos and just tear him apart as much as possible, breaking off only when a hero wave gets too close. Spam Gorgu's skills on cooldown, the heal is a heal over time, so there's no reason to not pop it the minute the fight starts on the second and third duels, and after 4-5 hits on the first.

Yeah just finished it , my tactic was Horde rush with some support demons for DPS , instantly improve orcs and rushing reviving and stuff. by first encounter i cleared both world bosses and 1 camp , by 2nd fight i had the map clear , 3rd fight he was done and i finished with roughly 79%
