2. You need to expand your farm instead of building more. Dig out some of the surrounding rock and build more.
3.Meet their demands. Make sure you have the gold and luxuries they need.
4. Undead revive at the grave yard if they have a tomb stone, demons revive at a portal provided there is enough space for them and it cost evil, orcs don't revive.
2. Enlarge your turkey farms and increase efficiency (make sure it's enclosed with a door). Once you research basic spells you can create turkeys and crates with mana.
3. Their needs aren't being met. Make sure they're paid and fed and have a place to sleep.
4. Different units revive differently. Undead return to a graveyard, demons need a vortex, and horde needs a defibromat machine.
2. Gobblers need a big enough space to breed so that when your creatures get hungry they have a large supply. I generally make my gobbler rooms 5x5 then expand it to a 7x7 room later in the mission. It also helps to research the gobbler upgrades so you can fit more of them in one room. If you really aren't keeping up with gobbler demand you can create another farm to increase the speed of which they respawn. Also make sure all your rooms are enclosed so the room efficiency is at 100% doors help with this without a door the room will be at 90%
3. If you have creatures going on strike then some needs aren't getting met. By the sound of it they aren't getting paid or are able to eat any gobblers. As the game progresses higher level creatures need different rooms in order to satisfy new needs from becoming higher levels. What to do about this is get more gold and gobblers.
4. The graveyard is for undead units and when they die in combat they will be brought back there to slowly regenerate if they have space in there. Each undead unit needs a 2x2 spot in the graveyard for them to regenerate. Demons are revived by spending evilness. Further in the game you get a special room that revives the horde creatures. It's deep in the horde research tree.
A good tip for gold is when you find gold veins (spots where you can keep mining gold) make it a room and build a door. Once the door is built you can right click the door this locks it preventing minions and snots from entering or leaving. So if you drop 4-6 snots in this room with the gold veins and lock the door they will constantly mine the gold. This way they won't run and try to do other things. Eventually the veins will run out so don't forget to unlock the door to let those snots out!
Your room efficiency makes a vary large difference. The more empty space (non tiled to whatever your building in a room) the less productive a room becomes. Doors act as a wall and fill in that last bit of space.
Just expanding on this slightly for point 2, shadows is right just have one large room for your food source usually near the dungeon heart.
But there is efficiency target (i.e if you leave your gold room open its not going to produce as fast) if you make a large room have one single entrance and put a door on it straight away (under the traps section) all closed off rooms improve the efficiency of any room. This applies to everything housing, box making and gold farming you can even lock rooms and drop snots in there to focus on that task.
Regarding strikes just make sure your army has a room to sleep and plenty of food. If you are running out of money fast, try not expanding to quickly. The only thing you'd want to expand quickly is your mazes to slow down heroes getting to your dungeon heart.
Dig long lapping lines all around your dungeon and block off the "main" entrance to your dungeon heart.
Gold there is Infinite spots to mine and your goal is to uncover them while digging, when you find gold veins build a room around them slap a door on it and set some snots to gold only and let them go to town.
hope that helps.
The gold is exploring, and the unlimited diamond veins are found on the edge of the map.
The horde units can revive, but its a deep down research in the tech tree.
