Is this like a Warcraft III meets Dungeon Keeper??
I never played this Dungeon series before (tho I have Dungeons 2 for some odd reason). But is it like a Hybrid of DK and WC3?

I hope the series is not a boring disappointment like War for the Overworld.

You could read reviews or watch Let's Plays to make up your own mind.

The game has a lot of spark, and the developers and VA have put a lot of love into the series.

why you dont play dungeons 2 if you own it? then you will have a better idea of what to expect from this one.

then, after that, if you still want to play this one, consider conditions to ask for a refund, so you can check it and consider if it could be worth spending money in it or not.

Sort of. There's an overworld where you can kill creep NPCs for unit EXP (and other goals in the campaign). The campaign structure is a lot like WC3 too where you get a new unit each mission and it's usually the key to winning the map.

It's like Dungeon Keeper with Warcraft 3 "Lite" kind of, yes. Very light-hearted, light-tactical, but just a feel-good kind of light strategy. All the systems are less janky than its predecessor, but thus far it's a little easier.

Sell, at least they understood Stratholme better than modern Blizzard does.
