To further investigate this issue, please send a message to support@kalypsomedia.com with a description of the issue, the steps you have already taken and a DxDiag.txt attached.
To create a DxDiag.txt, please click "Start" button and choose "Run". Or alternatively, press (Windows-Button)+R. Then type "dxdiag" and click “OK”. Click the "Save all Information"-button and save the file as "dxdiag.txt”.

If your problem is the UnityPlayer crashing (check in event viewer -> application) then you can try any of those fixes here: https://www.makeuseof.com/how-to-fix-the-unityplayerdll-0xc0000005-error-in-windows-1110/
If you own any stock overclocked (OC) GPU then underclocking it to FE levels using MSI Afterburner might fix the crashes as it did in my case. Check this out for a general idea on how to do it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OkHYBp-DXQ0
