updated on steam and on my phone. the phone has had zero issues however the steam copy doesnt load after the spinoff logo shows.... has anyone else had this issue?

Well I have countless of hours having fun with this game and Decided I want season pass for the first time, I can't access shop on my PC to buy that so I have to go through my phone. My steam version seems to be older than the one on my phone. How does this get fixed?
