I can't really see a difference. I read on the store page, I found very little information and I am still asking myself the same question. What is the difference?

M edition makes it sound like it's the uncensored version in the description, but i'm reading that it isn't? i'm confused which version do I buy for the full originally intended (uncensored) experience?

I'm thinking of getting the Ukraine bundle, but it only has the M version. Is there anyway to swap the unactivated M version key for an uncensored version?

The devs perfectly know that in some countries there is no choice for the M version, we are forced to buy this one because the original version of the game is unavailable due to the fact that steam fails to implement a working age verification system. So asking the real question that people are actually interested in, will there be an easy possibility to switch to the original game version? a console command? or a patch? or is this version also lacking textures and stuff?...
