What is the M Edition Difference?

I play the game but now everything is the same. What is different in this game?

Can someone please tell me how this game differs from the other version?

Should be great to have a way for upgrading edition with a DLC (with country purchase restricted like the original), i've a M Edition key but i'll not play it due to not being able to upgrade edition sadly.
