how do i charge my planes for first class right now i seam to not be able to do that ???

It is done through the maintenance section when landed at a hub or base.

Maintentence, you must click to right box and move to left, and if you do it again you will change first class. Look airport demand ratio to best changes...

The option for 1st class never enables for me. What is the secret?

You know the box you move for setting business seats? There is another box at the far right. You have to move the business seats box first, but that second box will let you set first class seats.
