But not like Vendon said, in late game you dont care about stamina at all. In late Game you use probably halve of your stamina if you want to progress and burn all of it in a few minutes if you are farming equipment. You start new, then you reach your farming spot in 30 seconds again and then burn all stamina again. So no problem in late game at all.
But it hinder the mid game (with not all shortcuts and not enough bonus stats from the repeated cycles yet) extremly and it is only a boring grind with always the same.
But my wish would be a better progression system. After you played the game once, the fun get lower and lower with each cycle, because there is seldom something new.
Every new cycle should have a new item set and a new boss. Not making 10 cycles without any new content. Or later 20 to have maybe a single new boss at the end.
Nope, with that stamian the game is completeley unplayable. I am stuck at over char lvl 1mill because of it.
Hint: Forget upgrading your items with gold after a run, you farm instead with drops and you need to skill the 3 times battle and every increase in drop rate.
With that, you dont need much stamina (because you dont buy your equipment with gold).
Made the same mistake and after I switched to that, the game got a lot easier and faster.
I have that and the drops are just almost none. I get to the same spot and with 0 drops = 0 upgrades. Even tried full luck build and many other things and still horrible droprate. Not even the steam achievements are working. I still don't have the 50-80 hour played achievement although I am at 130+ hours. + leaderboard doesn't work for me for years now.
I cannot prove it, but if you have a few drops after another you will mostly not get anything else in the next runs. But if you close the game and start it new (not the run, the complete game) this "counter in the back" seems to reset and the drop rate is better.
But this can be only RNG too, but I always restart the game after I got a lot of items after each other.
Two or three runs to get a few mediacore items before (to be strong enough) and then only 3 or 4 fights and then rest of Stamina in the latest area with the best item drops.
After 20 cycles you get so powerful passive and even with crap items, you can oneshot the bosses before the last area without a problem.
One such run is usually 3 to 4 minutes and then you repeat the same.
Yes, boring grind. But if you dont like grinding you never play such a game like this.
I had the most fun the first 100 hours of the game. The next where boring because almost nothing changes and I would really like to beat the last boss of the game (have all besides him), but that would mean 150 or even 200 hours more boring grinding to get enough passive power to be able to beat him without any changes in this play time.
If there were more bosses inbetween and something new to see or do every new cycle...but the game was clearly only real designed the first cycle and all after that was only stretching it without any real idea or dedication.
