the tool is D2SGImpEx_500 it extracts the text to xls for editing and imports it back into te sg file, well its suppose to , mine keeps having an error towards the end when exporting to xls so it doesnt save the xls file for excel, hence i cant translate the russian text to english...
and regarding what the one guy said, scenarion editor comes with the game that you purchase and can run it from the directory... not sure what he was on about
