cannot keep tracy alive, always bad ending?

So I followed the walkthroughs (Such as they are) and it feels like they are written for a different game. Each references scenes that literally never happen, and crucial choices in the library with Tracy, that I cannot get to. Also, I am not sure, but I feel like the game has no choice for anal with mom, as no matter what combinations I choose, she still goes the other route.

Can anyone tell me what I am missing for the keep tracy alive route? I had perfect trust with her, but am not seeing anything that allows me to change her fate. Also, a few of the "walkthroughs" reference v 1.03, and steam has it stuck on 1.02. Am I missing something?

Pass on the date with Aby, and follow Tracy when she goes to meet up with Nora...I believe she'll stay alive that way.

No I found my mistake. I mis-read the walk thru on the bathroom scene. I have to hide at door, hide at toilet, sneak out. Then I don't loose 2 points, which puts me below the 6 I need for full trust.

can you still use shard on Alice and get good endings? I think this scene or the shard scene with is where i went wrong
