Rune crystals?

Hello, I'm having trouble progressing in Deadvein. I have located two Rune crystals but the door refuses to open.

I guess there's more of them, but I don't know where to look. I found the ones in the side pool with spiders and the one in the water tunnel leading to the door location. Any tips where else to look?

The water is so claustrophobic... great atmosphere btw.

Hi, there are another one in the water tunnel leading to the door.
The first one is found when you enter the water from the little cathedral room (With the breakable glass). You swim over a big black deep (The one with an inverted funnel entrance) , and on the other side, there is a crystal. There are red lines leading you there.

The second one is found from your side (the side with the doors) when the red lines first forks. The red line forking upwards will lead you to the second.
