Love the art style, hate the UI.

It needs some improvements. Ui scaling is must if you want to put stuff like tiny gray font on gray background. Right now text is bearl readable and it suck all the fun out of the game.

Overall text lisibility and game accessibility is indeed a subject on the table on our side. This is definitely not ideal right now, and work will be put on this as we get closer to the Early Access. Message like yours tells us it's a good thing we're doing it! :D

Awsome. I'm glad that you are not one of those devs that would say "but it looks good on our 60" screens, problem is at your end".

I wanted to add that the utility/description of itens being on different tabs could perhaps be changed. This sort of design makes so that most never read descriptions, or will often forget about that. Maybe a toggle to show decription that increases the description box as needed to show both utility followed by description (and if needed scrollable text)

Haha actually we've also got laptops at the office so we can try a wide range of screen resolutions. But while everything's thought to be adjustable later, we indeed havn't implemented every situation yet. We're mainly focusing on core gameplay loop for now, but having a great UI on all subjects and for as many displays/setups as possible is always great, and one of our goals.
Since the game is coming out on Switch on full release, we do have work on UI to do anyway!

That's definitely something we'll keep in mind when getting more focused on UI polishing
