The Co-op update is now live on Steam for all to enjoy! Invite your “Player 2” to join you for a wander around the Garden hand-in-hand with this fresh new Valentine’s inspired update.

New features:

• Players can now hold hands in multiplayer by selecting the emote in the emote selector.
  
• Players can now give items to one another if they are stood near one another.
  
• New love emote available in the emote selector.
  
• New furnishing type that allows flowers to be arranged (currently the Glass Vase and Garden Arch).
  
• Player sleeves now match equipped garb.
  
• Items can now be rearranged in storage.
  
• Saves can now be selected from the Main Menu by cycling through them at the top of the screen (PC Only)

New fixes:

• Fixed issues with Chrysanths
  
• Isolated bodies of water now labelled as Ponds.
  
• Second player can now select their appearance if they missed the creation screen.
  
• Fixed Herb requirements only being met for fully grown Nightlights.
  
• Addressed some mouse issues when selection actions with a mouse.

• Garb - Flannel and flannel tucked.
  
• Props - Feather pillow, kettle grill, fountain, arch, glass vase, chess table, wine bottle, and wine bottle candle.

We’re excited to announce that a new update is coming to The Garden Path on February 14th!. Including fixes and improvements to couch co-op, a brand new co-op only emote, and a fresh activity to explore, flower arranging.

New Emotes
Two new emotes will be added to the game, including a co-op only feature that lets you wander the Garden together, hand-in-hand! Also included is a heart emote to spread some gratitude to your “Player 2” or Garden residents.

New Items
Several new items will also be added to help you with all your decorating goals! Set up the perfect date night with new items like the arch, wine bottle candle, cute fences, and more.

New Mechanic: Flower Arranging!
You will be able to use harvested flowers to arrange gorgeous displays in either the new vase or arch decorative items. You’ll be tasked with selecting the flowers from your Collection to make unique and stunning arrangements.

Also included in this update are several patches, including but not limited to the ability to transfer items between players and rearranging items in storage. PC players will also now be able to switch between saves on their computer from the home menu!

The update comes to Steam on February 14th, 2025 right in time for Valentine’s weekend!
