Kind of rooms : Equipments

Hi
Please, when i build a block, i don't understand how i choose the kind of room,
When i click inside a room, i don't find where i can build some objects in

Could you explain me plesae ? It's not clear

When you click on "build" and select the single wall picture (not the one where you seek out your wall skin type) then, on the right hand side on the top of "build" appears icons where you can select the room type.

And then after you complete a block of finished room as just described you click on that block itself to see the list of all available relevant equipment for that block type.
