Personally, I'd like to see Beatsmith's abilities changed to not lock the action, but keep the passive as-is to encourage that sort of play, but not lock you out so you can respond to dire situations. If that was done, Beatsmith would become my favourite and most used class (nudging out Nomad and Warlock).
That aside, I think this is a really cool build, and I might try something similar earlier on. I suspect that without the axe's passive, that it wont really be that good, but I'm just glad to see a powerful Beatsmith build, and a powerful autoattack build. Getting them together is a bonus... although unsurprising.
Hmm, I wonder how well this would work if you switched it around for a Cleave weapon (I can think of Scythes and Katanas with Cleave, so it'd take a passive or accessory slot). Of course it would be less powerful for bosses, but could be a fun random encounter slayer (and I'm kinda bored of Drown spam for random encounters).
Except they aren't. Warrior will out-hit Beatsmith, even ignoring stat gains. In fact, Warrior hits harder than everything, even Guillotine. The same can be said for their support abilities, except the MP healing one.
i tried this build with ths ice scythe Frost Chill (maybe gravedigger is even better because it has def. pierce) against Astley´s team and it work really well there it also is good against random encounters but u need 2-3 hits most of the against high level enemies because the build is sustained damage and not burst ,it can´t really oneshot random encounters like other burst classes
today i found out that a 25% frost damage accessory exists.
and with the accessories i made one the strongest cleave build in the game
u cast en-ice to make use of the 45% res. pierce from the scythe

Drifter's Vest is unlocked in Shoudu Province, then buyable in the Capital and Shoudu.
Snow Pendant: Drop from Ice Construct in the cave just north of Triton Shrine.
Decapitator: Locked room on western side of Castle Ramparts, enter from Tall, Tall Heights.
Arctic Chill: Drop from Hermetic boss in Tall, Tall Heights.
Rex Vest: Drop from Rexosaur boss in Jidamba Tangle.
Nomad's Emblem: Fished in the fishing spot on the raft south of Sara Sara Bazaar.
Frost Reaper Scythe makes a decent Single-target alternative if you don't have these weapons, I think it comes from a chest in the Tall, Tall Heights. Kokaiji with Gaia Vest is a decent Cleave alternative before Arctic Chill, both from in Shoudu Province.
thank you man
