My healer has been changing class/subclass a lot lately as I work my way through the endgame super bosses. But I like to run run Weaver as the healer's main class for AoE slow/haste opener.
When I use Nomad (I tend to use it as a sub mostly because of it's low base MP) I like to use Therapy Stance + Aid staff + Protector (the hat that buffs def for 6 turns on hit) for free buffs and heals. Therapy Stance works with any heal though so you can use it to turn Warlock's remedy or Cleric's Mend into an AoE cleanse.
I can't think of any synergy specifically between Warlock and Nomad though. They're both "jack of all trades, master of none" kinda jobs. I find they work best to cover the weaknesses of other classes.
If your goal is to get more AP for Nomad skills you could have the reaper buff the nomad with frenzy. Alternatively, something like chemist or scholar has AP boosting moves. There is also an Axe that gives frenzy passively that you can find inside the giant tree dungeon , but that takes up your healer's weapon slot.
You could also ask your question on the Crystal Project discord's Combat Chat channel. Someone there will probably have better ideas than me.
- I put the Nomad's passive that gives +6AP when you change stance, so i can alternate each turn between Defender and Berserker trances to further boost AP gain ;
- I put the passive that boosts normal attacks (I use them a lot since they give AP).
- Since I change stances a lot, I also put the passive that heals you when you change stance.
As for the equipment :
- Soul keeper (325 Attack, +40 Mind, +40 Spirit, -100 MP - but who cares about MP when you're a Nomad ?)
- Nomad Shield (what else ?)
- spell sword helm for additional AP gain each time you cast a spell.
I had quite a lot of success with this build in late game boss fights. You gain so much AP that you can cast Shimmertide once every 3 turn, and it's incredibly helpful to have a permanent Shell on the whole team ! Plus, having access to the Nomad class makes it so that your tank can easily heals himself, which prevents your dedicated healer to draw the boss' aggro.
Another possible combination I have yet to try is Dervish/Nomad (as my magic DPS). Dervish can absorb AP from enemies, which gives you MP at the same time thanks to Dervish's passive ; and the AP you got can then be spent to cast Nomad's most powerful spells !
u can use Focus Energy into windpunch for a guaranteed +100% crit damage attack, this attack gets + 33% because of nomads passive.
u can use the build in the first screenshot.
duel ready/inialt oomph is only good if u have nomads west.( except if u auto attack first for getting ap or if u use valkerys ap transfer)
u can swap the accessories for 2 ogre balls if u don´t want the negative side effects from bone trophy/undead ring.

I didn't think about pairing Warrior with Nomad. Kinda like Warrior/Valk, but without the problematic reliance on MP for the Valk's support stuff. I wanted to be able to use a combo of Therapy Stance + aid staff + protector + shimmertide for full party shell/protect but the healer never got enough AP to be able to use shimmertide. Having the warrior cast shimmertide instead is a neat solution to that problem.
What classes did you put your warrior's levels into?
I had the same problem with Shimmertide ; wanted to use it, but never had enough AP to do so. I was quite happy to see that Warrior/Nomad made this spell useful !
As for the levels, I put 60 of them in Monk : very good HP, strength and spirit, so you can tank, have pretty good physical attacks (for a tank anyway ^^) and heal quite effectively.
Only downside is the bad Mind - but my tank doesn't really have the time to use offensive spells anyway, so it's not really a problem.
My Warrior/Valk is 30/30 warrior/aegis in an attempt to balance his defenses between physical and magical attacks. I'll have to check and see how his stats will change if I move all levels into monk.
I don't think Nomad has any spells that scale off mind anyway. Does it? Maybe the ice spells scale off mind? I can't remember. I'll have to check again. My tank like yours is generally too busy to throw out spells anyway.
If you wanted to run Warrior/Nomad as a DPS instead of tank you could just put 60 levels into Reaper instead of monk since that class has high strength and mind.
All Nomad's spells actually scale off mind (except for the healing one).
Exactly ! Or put 30 in Reaper and 30 in Nomad (well balanced stats).
And you could pair Taunt with Wave armor, to have a tank that counters attacks by casting spells (which is way more complicated than just having "Counter" as a passive, but I find the idea quite funny).
To this I say why not both? There's no way this is practical but if we're going for max lulz.....
Counter Passive + Ice Armor + Dueling Shield + Kodatchi
Assuming all these things stack you'd be looking at 4 counters per physical attack that hits the tank.
This seems absolutely hilarious. I have to try it now.
where can i find this nomad vest?
That armor is sold by a hidden vendor that can be accessed late game. It should be noted that it requires a class seal to buy as well as some gold.
You can find the vendor inside the Jade Chamber
The Jade Chamber can be accessed by defeating Gran and following the waterway under the house
The vendor is somewhat tricky to access and may require a Gold Quintar. I didn't figure out how to get in until after I had a Gold Quintar, so I haven't tried with other mounts.
