This is just wicked, this takes me back to when games used to hold seasonal events all the time; love it, keep it up.

Oh look! After people who Pre-Ordered the game kind of were mislead, now this? Seriously! Now you add FOMO content? Are you kidding me right now? This is nonsense. What if people can't play the game during this time frame?

It seems to be a timed event that Steam itself, is involved with promoting. Other games, single player games, at that. Are doing the same thing..

IE: Cult of the Lamb.

I don't hold it against the devs, they're simply going with the flow of things during a fun little event.

Personally, I'm a fan of month long events.. rather than what looks like this one being 2-3 weeks. But at the end of the day, they're just aesthetic (skin) perks.

I am curious tho.. what were you expecting for pre-ordering the game, that the devs haven't delivered on?

Is it just the accessor?.. or is there more stuff?

In regards to controller stick movement, I didn't experience the slow-down issue when playing prior to this patch. I do now though. Using D-Pad is the only way to consistently move now. How can I contribute to solving this problem?

they probably can get it next year. I know another game that has seasonal content like this and, even though they add more each season, the previous season's content is available during the season that it was released in. For instance it is very likely that the seasonal pet and skin will also drop next year during the Halloween season

I really hope that's true and you can try for it again next year. But a lot of games don't let you do that. Would also be nice if they let people change the date on their computers to get the content, I love Halloween, and wouldn't want to wait to play the seasonal content for up to almost a year, if I happen to get the game right after Halloween. If they didn't allow that, statistically, I wouldn't happen to be playing it at the exact right time and would miss out. I like that Terraria lets you change the date, so you can play the seasonal stuff whenever you want.

What is the new cave? How to unlock it?

Got a bug in my first run this update, there was 4 blocks with no collision. Flying through them let me fly through other undiscovered areas too.

After mining around the 4 affected tiles, the other blocks were mineable like normal, only those 4 remained non-collideable.
Don't really have any reproduction steps, it just happened randomly in a fresh run.
