Potato city event

Hi

My son was playing this game, he did all the events and got the achievements, but he could not trigger the Potato city one, We've tried several things: Entering at Peppa's house from forest, entering after going to the museum, and more, but it do not appear.

Does anybody knows a soulution to this? He was very frustrated.

Hello, try to re-enter the game, the potato city also did not work for me at first, I already thought that I would not be able to get an achievement, but after I re-entered, everything worked and I immediately went to the potato city for the last achievement

I've tried it several times, even before posting, and I'm still having the same problem.

Does anybody knows more solutions?

Ok, I don't know if the Tiddles the tortoise achievement appears in the wrong moment, like before finishing the quest, but today we redid the event, finalished it and then we go to Peppa's Room. The Potato City event appeared.
