Please explain the plot of the game. Who exactly is the main character? Amber's daughter or Amber herself? If the second, then why did she forget everything... And who is the old man outside the window? Jack? But why, then, is he so old, given that this is Amber's heroine?
I don't quite understand this game... ^^"

This question came up just yesterday, if you look through discussions. Amber seems to be the woman who meets Jack, and it seems as if jack is also the old man. Amber seems to be experiencing some kind of time shift and memory loss. But then there is the old woman who has her own children, one called Jack, but that could be the son of Jack, too. I may be confused...

We play as Amber in Jack's painting. That's why we are "Behind the Frame". This is his last painting about his wife(old woman in the end of the game). Meaning, we are play as
Jack's memory about Amber.
