M3 and M4 (37mm guns) need a better way to aim

They were really done dirty. no reticle, zooming in can't rotate binoculars, and you have very limited gun arc (especially for the M4 where your supposed gun arc should be nearly 360).

Please give an aiming system similar to the rockets, that would make them a lot more relevant, otherwise currently the mortar is the only useful utility.

They do indeed. They will get their own aiming system, one that is more suitable for a direct fire role than the rocket system. We considered copying the system we made for rockets, but thought it wasn't good enough for the intended use for these weapons, i.e. to accurately shoot turrets off and to enable mission kills/safe approaches for a torpedo run. So rest assured this is already in the list.
