Help with using scuba gear.

I can't seem to figure out how to use the Scuba gear (air tanks). It seems to need a thing called a rebreather, but I have no idea where to get this item. Any help please.

Not sure if you still need help with this (just saw the date). But in case you do:

Anchor gives you an item that looks like a mask/tank combo when he gives you a quest. Click "I" to bring up page where you can change your character's outfits. Drag the mask to the 2nd slot (looks like glasses).

Anchor gives you one small tank with the mask to get his item and once you fix the air tank machine you can refurbish old tanks. If you run out of air in one tank, if you have others in your inventory it will automatically attach a new one after a short delay.

You can tell you have it on correctly if you see a green bar. If you're in the water it will be the 4th bar right under the regular diving blue bar.
