anchors head over heels quest bug

spoken to last shipmate who told me to speak with Senhor Crab on Hotter Tropics island. cant find crab anyhere and on the map, the quest icon showing me where to go has disappeared. Quest is still live in my journal though. Anyone found the crab and can direct me?

Senhor crab is hiding under his top hat on the beach, you need to eat a crab snack before you can talk to him. He is on the east side of the island near the tree by the beach.

he's where the shipwrecked critters sit around. so he's a purple crab in a top hat, and he's rather small. not as "large" as he's made out to be. he's like the basic crabs from 5 crab island. not in the middle of the island more around the beach. i found him crawling around the shipwrecked critter. but that is where I located him, a bit from where the ghost guy is. if you are facing the houses, then it should be behind you not next to the meow statue. don't worry i too, was looking for a giant crab and only found him when i went to talk to the critter on the beach.

I can't find him either- he was there the first day i went there, but had NO crab snacks, went back with my crab snacks and now he's disappeared ?? I guess I will keep trying and go back again!
