Where is the wetsuit blueprints.

I went diving and went through 4 air tanks searching the area indicated on the map and was unable to find the wetsuit blueprints. Got a ton of stuff for the museum (which I haven't even unlocked) and materials, but no wetsuit.

If someone has screenshots showing exactly where it is and how to get to it, I would be grateful.

it's behind a door that requires a blasting charge to open. Don't remember exact building.

Ahh, I saw that door, but I didn't have the supplies for the blasting charge. I was missing the first ingredient which looks like the detonator or blasting cap? I haven't found that yet or been able to craft it.

if you mean the clock, you should be able to find some inside some buildings in that same city ruin. They're usually on walls.
