New update ?

When will the developers update? I want to explore new islands and do new quests. ><

no date is set yet but they are working very hard on it. what we do know is that the next update will increase the map size by 50% and add 4 more islands, new crops and foods, and a lot more.

there is lots to do while you wait.
build your farm up and save up food and salvage.

There are a lot of things you may have not accomplished yet.
There are 63 recipes to discover and cook,
There are 39 artifacts to find and donate to museum.
There are 19 kinds of fish to catch.

These are all challenges for you before we even get the next major update. Information on cooking and fishing is now on the wiki, and new things are added everyday as several of us are working hard.

Stockpile resources, game content creep means either the new stuff will take new materials or way more old materials. Better to be safe.

I am 30+ hours in and still have only 3 citizens because i am so busy with stuff, its just enjoyable to be here.
I planned to have a look for 2-3 hours and then wait until its done, like i do often with early access games.
Didn't worked out that well this time

just got word today, they are working on a large bug fix update, but the next major addition update will be a few months away. Small team working very hard and there have been a lot of bug reports.

I just want to chime in here and say on behalf of the entire Critter Cove team, thank you all for the kind words and patience! We are absolutely working hard to get you new stuff (and fix some old stuff), but your feedback makes it all worthwhile ❤️

cant get enough from the game. its just a cozy world to spend time on and waiting for new stuff to do
