Ballons?
Where can i get balloons for the balloon cart? I have both blueprints but the balloons are missing? or are there other goods for the ballon cart?

Balloons are in the Fabricator.

Cart is in the Furniture workbench iirc.

Fabricator. Need rubber and thread. Can make rubber from oil from the rig to the south, and once you have a big garden up there should be a huge fiber surplus for the thread.

Thank you both for your answers. After restarting the game, the balloon is be displayed in the fabricator. It's time to expand my garden for more balloons! :)
