Recycler Quest LOCKED

Soooo apparently I might have locked myself...

See, I discovered the recipe of Recycler before the quest to discover it, so now the Quest is telling me to discover the recipe, but I already discovered it and now it won't let me re-learn it, nor it is available in my workshop options,

Sooooo... Yeah I tried so many things and I think I locked myself, hard lock too~

So Moral of the story is, don't explore, you'll break the quest chain by accident apparently =/

OK NEVERMIND, I did not know my Save file had multiple timed save files so I was able to load all the way back before I discovered it and continued the story as normal until I got the Recycler quest and relearned it like normal,

Well Thank God,
But seriously don't go exploring until the quest line tells you to explore the new area, don't get trapped like me~

Weird. This last save, I could swear I found the recycler blueprint early and things still worked out.

it does not appear until after you buy the $5000 tourist package.

Oh it appeared after the 1000g Package for sure, the problem appeared BEFORE the 5k Package, not AFTER~
I'm still thinking maybe because I jumped the scenarios before they even be triggered via quest is where I sort of stumbled onto a weird quest lock where perhaps some requirements were Pre-met to the point it is not registering as Pre-met when the quest happened, that's my thought.
