Flippers Blueprint? 🤿
Has anyone found the blueprint for the diving fins? If so, where did you find it?

Raise as I'm curious about this aswell.
Have done all available village buildings, got wetsuit, fixed radio tower and even helped lil crabs, but not any closer to flippers....

Found 'em. You need to buy the 2nd tourist boost, then do Renards and Anchors quests .

yes, you need to buy the next tourist package and new quests will show up. Then find the shark on the pier and he will give you the quest with the first mate that will unlock the flippers. However, they are only for apparel as they don't actually make you swim faster (from what I tested, same speed with or without them)

Funny, I could swear they make you swim faster. Could be placebo, though...
