Grotto location?

I've found the Broken Highway, but can not locate the Grotto.

Without giving too much away, am I at least in the general area?

Yes. The Highway is near the grotto.

The Grotto isn't an explorable area, not technically anyway, you'll get the notification for finding it by diving next to the Big Rocks sticking up out of the water but there's nothing to find in that area except the Highway.
Plus the Highway is the only place that gets marked on your Map as a Dive Site.

not sure what the Grotto is referring too, but on the other side (to the left) of the big rocks there is a sort of alter area under the water and to the left of that there is sunken ship, Anchor's lost ship wreck (seems he had more then one sailing mishap). That;s were you will find the Calamaree plants
