Battery Recharger?

So I've crafted the robots, got the recipe for batteries and crafted those, but the batteries are flat and I don't have the first idea on how I'm supposed to charge them. I assume there's a recharger or something similar I can craft, but I've not found the recipe and have no quest or anything that points me in the right direction. I've even returned to the underwater factory looking for something I might have missed but turned up nothing.

How the hell do I charge these batteries???

put them in the charger and wait for a storm and wala! there charged.

They recharge at the end of a thunderstorm, roughly at the same time you see the notifications for new shipwrecked critters and salvage.

Hes asking for the charger. I have the same problem. I cant find the recipe to make the charger. Where is it? Ive been to all the new dive sites for the torpedo and robot quests and have the batteries made and robots waiting for batteries. I cant find the charger and have no recipe to make the charger. Its infuriating.

sorry ,i had to go back to the factory to remember , so when you go inside the factory the roll up door that is closed has a painting on it that is the blue print for the charger,hope that helps.

Thanks, I'd seen this door multiple times but had no idea you could even interact with it. I guess I hadn't gotten close enough for the option to pop up.
