Fishing

Can someone please explain how to fish in this game using fishing pole, ive tried every single button to do so but I cant seem to set the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hook.

first put pole onto hot bar. when ready activate it. in hand you Lclk mouse, cast WAIT till theres a written message on screen to set hook and Lclk mouse to reel in no effort at that point it comes to you in a moment rinse repeat thats Lclk HOLD mouse button to reel in just double checked

And if you want a lure, open your inventory and click on it before casting.

Do you even need to reel in? My experience from cafe quests wanting grilled fish made me realize that I can't fail catching fish as long as I time the fish biting the lure.

also for best results dont snap on the set the hook, give it half a second for the fish to start to swim down with the hook,
I have found if you are too fast on the mouse click, you loose the fish. Just like in real fishing you have to give the fish a chance to try and swim away with the hook in its mouth, other wise you just yank it out of the fishes mouth.

Thanks for the helpful guide but it doesnt work for me, the fish just snaps off and swims away. Lclick doesnt work
Edit 2 secs later, I put my keybind for ''interact'' to my Lclick and now it works.
