Game saved from demo to main when out.

When the main game comes out in September will the all the hours of the demo be lost or it will save from demo playthough to main. Meaning i have to start all over again :) Thanks.

yes we have know for some time now that demo will carry over.

It's optional though to carry the save? I'd rather start fresh and make a new critter for new game.

well the fact is you can do both. I have currently 4 save files and I can continue to play any of them with which ever critter character I feel like playing that day. However, I have played 84 days with my first critter file, and I have a TONNE of loot, a chest full of crops I have grown and harvested, and another chest full of cook food items from over 25 recipes I discovered or learned, with large stacks of all most all of them. You see I discovered a cooking glitch which allowed me to cook large quantities of food without consuming large quantities of crops == and I took full advantage of it before the glitch (which I reported) was fixed.
So you see, when the game goes to EA I will have all the food to keep my critter fed on long journeys or to sell or to set up my own restaurant on the beach to feed the tourists.
Or I can continue to play my newer critter where I made it to the other islands and collected the blue and yellow berries before it rained and then collected a second batch after it rained. However that may be redundant since after EA it will rain frequently and the berries will regrow each time.
Or I can choose the critter file that has the house I like best, or the one with my nicest garden.

You see we have a choice! Carry on or start a new, or both. Some people have gone a little nuts with the critter creator and cant decide which of their many creations to play with. Who do they want to be today?? Of course the secret has also been released that we will have a Magic mirror so we can change the look of our critter any time we want,

Me? I am definitely going to carry on with all the loot I have collected -- I will make my critters rich.
