Installing HF patch to steam version

Hey guys, im trying to get my HS2 updated with mods but i haven't been able to figure out where to direct the HF patch installer so the steam version of HS2 will be patched. Read the manual and the game location that was mentioned in it, is NOT where the game is saved on my PC. Anyone got a folder name i should be looking for? or can i just run the installer on the actual .exe on my desktop or the .exe in my steam game folder ?

any assistance would be appreciated.

The default location is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\HoneySelect2Libido DX
