Limit FPS ?

Is there a way to limit the FPS ? I've set it to max 60 in AMD Adrenalin which so far worked for every game but it still goes way over that. I've installed the HF patch as well which provides tons of extra graphics options but none of them seem to be for limiting FPS.

Launch game
select : settings from the main menu
select: plugin settings
scroll down; look for Graphic Settings 1.2.1
Set the frame limiter to desired limit
place mouse pointer either side of the menu and press left mouse button to exit the plugins screen.

Thank you, I found that setting but it didn't change anything.
I've fixed it now by using the Radeon Chill setting in Adrenalin instead of Frame Rate Target Control.

BTW, had the same issue and tried some stuff out.
The fps limiter only works with V-sync turned off (a couple of settings higher in the same place).
When it's off, fps limiting works like a charm.
