The HF patch is not ready yet and I am still waiting for it.
Again, Windows will not tell you or ask you before doing it so you need to keep an eye on it, I know because it did it to me yesterday and I had to download it twice.
Rather than uncensoring the steam version, it turns the steam version into the Japanese version and applies the uncensoring to that just like they've been doing with the Japanese version for a while. So, assuming that that was done correctly, it should be the same as using the Japanese version with the uncensoring applied. There are apparently issues with any characters created with the steam version before converting it due to something the steam version does differently, but in theory, it should work just like the Japanese version does. However, it's certainly possible that there are bugs in the conversion process that will be found later.
The only difference with the Japanese version AFAIK is that it keeps the official translation in place, but the guy doing the better repack is actually taking the official translation and replacing the fan translation that they've been using with the official one. So, going forward, running better repack on the steam version should result in the same thing as running it on the Japanese version.
On the other hand, I'm pretty sure that the HF Patch will be applying the uncensoring and other included mods to the steam version without converting it wholesale into the Japanese version (though we'll have to wait for the steam version of the patch to see exactly what we'll be getting). Either way, the approach that the repack guy took would be faster to figure out, because it would largely be a matter of diffing the two versions then applying the diffs to the steam version, and that would largely be an automated process.
I wonder if, since the Skull and bones version is rather lite, if installing the HF patch to a BR Steam version will cause the incompatibilities it usually does.
Here you can only select one guy, and threesomes trigger when you find two girls by walking around the hotel and I think you can unlock them with some girls for when you just call them to the lobby. It works similarly to how they work in Koikatsu but they don't run away if they feel embarassed so it is a little simpler.
