What you see is what you get. You got a super simple B&W platformer which is super fast and if you mess up slightly it usually leads to restarting, likely super meat boy inspired.
I guess if you like platformers a lot you can get a kick out of this. For 5 dollars, not worth.

In terms of quality, the graphics cannot be changed. Borders, VHS overlay, sound and music, there is no options menu so nothing in this experience is optional. It was quite eye catching and what was got me to buy it, but that's it. There will be no other visuals throughout the entire game. They are sharp and logical but the complete experience gives an empty feeling. The story doesn't matter at all. It didn't, but it was such a missed opportunity for the music to be actual heavy metal which would have pumped me up for playing this way more, and it's what I expected considering the prompt.
There are also only 30 levels so this experience is suuuuper short. The gameplay isn't actually that unique, momentum wall jumps are cool but eh, this game has a little bit of jank actually trying to do them. And then gameplay is trial and error. That's it, if that's not fun you will not like this game so expect that.

The game is so simple yes. I actually decided to be nice enough to at least check out the dev's other games and this theme of flat simple colors with the player being a sphere that trails and all 2d traversals through levels. They're all 1 dollar tho, probably way way more fitting the price tag than this. Try one of those, then you'll know exactly what it's like playing this game.
Overall, I'd like to say dev it's a nice attempt, you clearly know how to interest people with graphics. I'd wanna say lean into that to have the unique visuals be matched with actually unique gameplay.

I only realized how to long jump right in the last level, then I went back and beat the game in 20 minutes instead of an hour

Overall, the concept is nice, aesthetics are pretty and original, game is irritating as it should be. BUT.
There is only 30 levels, 50 would be nice. There is no progression in this game. All the levels are unlocked from the start which doesn't really make any sense for me, how do you know which level you have finished or what level you are currently at?
Also controlls sometimes feel inconsistant but I think that is something you can get used to. The design of the levels is trash in some of them.
If you finish the level 23, level 24 doesn't start and you need to go to menu.
Worth the money? Not really.

Not worth this price, not even close. The controls are janky, the music is repetitive, the game doesn't track progress, and it's barely satanic related. I refunded it and am still upset about it months later.

Its a good game but also needs things like volume control and maybe one-time power-ups like slowing time or a Holy cross to push back the skull wall a small distance

kinda sucks, the walljumping mechanics are incomprehensible and are never explained, the music sucks and there is only like two songs and the whole game is really bland. you play as a white ball on a black background running away from a white skull. i'm pretty sure the entire thing was done on unity store assets and i would honestly be willing to pay a higher price for the game if it looked more interesting and had any sense of its own style
