I wonder what prevented us from releasing a normal version for PS, PC, аnd Xbox initially?

Either a decision from the publisher or incompetence from Iggymob. Remember, they released Gore in a very pitiful state at launch. It took them months and several patches for the game to be in the state it is now.

NGL.. As someone who stuck with this game through it's rough launch period and is glad it turned around into something worth playing. This feels like a slap in the face. I really hope that all the updates and new content get put into the OG version of the game via DLC or patch at some point..

They just revealed Yensen as a playable character coming soon to UEE.

People asking about an update for other platforms were met with the exact same copy/paste response as OP.

There's even Harry there Oo. It seems they went to great lengths to make it exclusive for Nintendo

They teased five new characters. You can bet Quartz (which was already playable) will be a fully playable character. And you can bet they're going to include Juji too since Billy is in the game.

Assuming i didn't misread the Switch Store Page.. The New Characters are DLC as opposed to being part of the new version wholesale. Which is just... Why did they do that?

I can understand Billy and Harry, but Yensen and Quartz makes no sense. They're already in the game. Hell, Quartz already has her own moveset.

you think that's bad, is anyone who has the Death Ronin & OD Grave skins
having trouble with the game as of late? coz they ain't showing up in the Lab section.
I checked my DLC for Gungrave, and it says they're ticked, so I untick then tick on again
to get'em to work. then after booting the game up again, still not working.

anyone else having the same issue as me on the Steam version?
