My thoughts exactly. I jumped onto the game to play as Grave
in his OD skin or even the recently announced Brandon Heat skin.

I pre-ordered the game in advance, and got f^(k all.

Brandon - its a costume-reward for beating game on Hard. He has unic moveset and skills, so its not for pre-order.

I hope these costumes will be listed as DLC in the library. Currently I see only I have the game but no costumes.

Yeah, but i not found in those catalogs any game-files. Only txt with date and "added"

Putting the game on hold, I completed the first level thinking I needed to finish a level to access my skins. I do want to beat this game using the O.D. skin so, the waiting game begins.

So far, the game is perfect.

Pre-order content should be in-game. But it isn't.

You have to beat 2 levels to access costume but yeah they still aren't showing up

Right, heads up, I bought mine from Fanatical, and the Pre-order bonus keys came separately, HOWEVER, they did NOT redeem, Steam said app error and when I tried to add the keys again it said i already owned them, it must be a glitch.

Wow, and furthermore I tried to validate my game install with these pre-order bonus codes and I am getting the same app error and it cannot finish..

Okay, it finished, but again it cannot add the pre order bonus stuffs, at least not yet.

Seems like something is up with the dlc, I’m playing on the PS4 version and its the same story. DLC is showing as installed but not in the costume menu.
